That's because you are running the demo version. Most likely, the version 
you downloaded via Version Tracker is also a demo.

Demos ran for 30, 60, 90, or 120 days. I don't know why the different 
lengths, I guess maybe for different bundle releases (or maybe someone 
that dealt with the development can set me straight on the true length... 
I personally haven't run a demo in so long I don't know when it expires, 
so the lengths are just what I have put together listening to other 
people report how long theirs worked for).

If you want it to stop, you need to locate a full non demo version. You 
probably should do that anyway if you run the US-English version. The 
US-English version has a v3 updater that fixes a few bugs and adds a few 
features. It won't install on the demo version (or any non US-English 
version)
