Yes, I have that combo: Claris Emailer 2.0v3 under Classic with OS X 
10.2.6. I have four (4) .Mac account email names. I use Emailer with 
three (3) .Mac accounts and I have one (1) .Mac account that I collect 
with Mail.app in Jaguar.

On occasions, such as today, I find I can't send from any one of my .Mac 
accounts to another. That is, it is sent - leaves the Out Box, but is not 
received by the .Mac account. I also can't CC myself on emails I send to 
others - makes me wonder if those folks are receiving my email at all. 
Messages sent with Emailer on my .Mac account do not arrive at my .Mac 
account that I use with Mail.app, either.

Email goes into a black hole at these times; they look like they are 
sent, but I don't receive them.

I use my ISP's smtp setting (pop.albq.qwest.net) for out going email.

Anyone having troubles like this? Any words of wisdom? I love Emailer, 
but if this keeps happening, I'll need to move all my accounts to 
Mail.app and good-bye to this wonderful list!
