My rebuild strategy is built on Chris' advice to rebuild when clicking on 
the "Logs" folder does not instantly open the folder. Anytime there is 
more than a seconds delay in opening the "Logs" folder, I rebuild. Thus 
time between rebuilds vary from months to days.
