And just FYI: Since you just posted this change of address to a publically archived email list (Emailer-Talk), you just handed over the new addresses to the exact same spam harvesters that got your old address. <sigh> You've bought yourself a few weeks, months at best... but the spam will be back. Next time, change the address in a private manner (don't post a notice to a public email list), and use a different address for public email then you use for private. That way, you can filter any non public email on your public address directly into a spam folder, and keep your private address reasonably clean. (be sure to threaten everyone you know with death if they put your private email address into one of those web sites that says "Send this funny animated gif to everyone you know by giving us their address") And as for the fact that your address is used to send viri, you can't stop that. The next time a friend of yours (or anyone that has your address anywhere in their copy of Outlook/Outlook Express on Windows) gets infected, you will be the return path of virus emails. More or less, the same goes for being a return path on Spam. -chris <http://www.mythtech.net> ___________________________________________________________________________ To unsubscribe send a mail message with a SUBJECT line of "unsubscribe" to <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> or <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
