Happened to me once. I trashed Emailer preferences and it came back. Never knew why went away.

For some reason Emailer is opening up in black & white, no color at all.
I don't see any settings that would affect this, and all of my other apps
are normal. Emailer 2.0v3, worked fine until today.
Did you reboot your Mac?
