It happened to me with 1.3 today. Everything but enclosed html was unchecked, but I'm not sure if it was that way at startup or happened later. I need to be careful to look at it at startup, although I still won't know what to do to solve the problem. Oh well, its certainly a minor problem anyway, and I still love the program for what it does for me.
