I guess my response was a little too nasty... 
apparently a few people bounced it, and I was 
thrown off the list-server.  Interesting what 
a little eee - rage will getcha if ya ain't 
keerful.

You're undoubtedly correct that it should be 
thought of as erage against the McSoft machine.  
How could I have overlooked such a useful way 
of thinking about it?
