Sorry, I was thinking the question was about G4 Tower ...

So 
Last dual boot iMac were 700Mhz/15 and 800Mhz/17 LCD
Last dual boot eMac were 800Mhz (Ati Graphics) (May 2003) there was 1Ghz 
model too but the one with Superdrive included start ONLY with OS X
ONLY G3 iBook are dual boot ... 
ALL PowerBook  Titanium were dual boot ( 15 LCD ) last one were 867 & 1 
Mhz
There is NO dual Boot Alu PowerBook ( 12, 15 & 17 Alu)
