On or about 4/5/04 11:06 PM [EMAIL PROTECTED] AKA [EMAIL PROTECTED]
eruditely mused the following:

>take 50+ names from an email and turn them all into a mail group

Ok, this seems like the quickest way.

Open the message that was sent to the group of people you want to
extract to an Address Book group.

Forward the message, but don't send it.

Edit the new message that now contains all the emails that were
in the original header, by removing all the non-email text.

Next open the Address Book, and select a New Group.

Drag the email addresses text from the still open, to be forwarded
email, into the new open group and name the group as appropriate.
Close the new group and save it.

Now open the Address Book. Open a new email and change the
'TO' to 'BCC' email setting. Now select the new address group and
drag the new group into the new outgoing email.

You probably should a send at least one email as a 'TO' address
because some ISP may reject the email as spam if all the recipients
are 'BCC'.

I don't think there is another way, but maybe someone else has another
method.

Cheers
Karl
