The original designers of Claris Emailer weren't at Apple; the product was
designed and programmed by Fog City Software. The programming team has long
since broken up. One of the lead programmers, Jud Spencer (he used to prefer
lower case) went to Microsoft where he was on the team that wrote the first
iteration of Entourage. So far as I know, he is still at MS, and still
working on Entourage. He's a great guy and a wizard programmer, as well as a
