Sure you can.  But the recipient will need Stuffit Expander to open it.  You
could compress it as "SEA," self expanding archive.  But my luck with PCs
opening SEA without Stuffit Expander is not great.  If you're sending to a
PC, you will be better off compressing as a ZIP file instead of Stuffing the
file.
