Version 2.0v3 was the last one made before Claris Corp was reabsorbed by Apple. It is no longer available as a commercial product, though there are probably "bootleg" copies around.
Entourage is a bit of bloatware, rather typical of the evil empire, but I believe that some of the folks who worked on versions of Emailer also worked on the development of Entourage. If you paid big $$ for Entourage or Office, and don't need access to AOL mail (though I believe that there is even a way for Entourage to access AOL these days - haven't tried it), why switch to an older, not supported mail client?
