Yes and on the File Exchange - Advanced Option side, I can change the "Handle by processing with application" to Mozilla and have it stick. But, if I just concentrate on the left side of the File Exchange window and highlight "Mozilla" instead of Explorer in the scrolling window there, the Change button immediately dims. And the old app version remains the default. This also happens under another circumstance: awhile ago I upgraded Stuffit and spent some time changing mappings to reflect the new app (which was recognizable by not having a tm appended). I cannot change .pit files, however, to the new mapping - again the Change button dims and Stuffit (TM) remains. So, I thought it might be happening in each case because the new mapping is not actually possible - i.e. the version of Mozilla that I have cannot open html text files. Might it have something to do with that?
