 That's probably not a problem with the browsers - it's likely that 
the people who wrote the problematic web pages wrote them so that 
they would work with Microsoft's Internet Explorer. Unfortunately, IE
doesn't follow the open standards for the web and to make pages work
with IE non-standard coding must be used. This will often cause the 
problems you saw when using other browsers which are open standards-
compliant.

 This is a Very Bad Thing because it gives Microsoft a measure of
control over the WWW standards. Which is why I'm fond of saying

     The Mozilla Project is our last, best hope for freedom.

 Netscape is/was based very closely on the Mozilla source code, and
tends to lack the latest features and stability of Mozilla. If you 
like Netscape, I think you'd like Mozilla even more.
