Why not just have emailer put all SPAM emails in the deleted mail folder
in the first place rather than into a SPAM folder? That's what I was
doing until I started using my ISP's Spam Blocker service so that I don't
get the SPAM at all.

Then I would just look at the titles and senders, confirm that they were
SPAM, and delete them for good without ever opening them. I happen to
have a hang up about the titles of any of my folders being bold, so I
didn't want the unopened SPAM sitting there for the 15 days I have
selected for mail to be finally emptied from the deleted mail folder. But
if that is not a problem for you, or if you open each one anyway, then
you wouldn't even have to delete the SPAM like I did.

I know I keep repeating myself on this subject, but I believe you said
that your ISP was now offering SPAM blocking. If so, then why is this
still an issue? If you don't get it in the first place, you don't have to
worry about scripts or deleting it. I love it that way.

Bill
