I sent you several (5) emails over the past several days to this address, including the one with the zipped attachment. Only the one with the attachment bounced and I sent you a copy of the bounce message from your ISP. I have never sent an attachment to a mailing list but I think it would have had a better chance if I had. I just received an attachment from the list on 5/17, so the list does accept attachments, I just don't send them and if you don't get them it is because of your ISP not the list. Sending attachments to a list is not always illegal, just bad practice.
