This I did but what about the 1) idea?  Can we color code folder names?

How do I do this Ken?  I tried to copy a folder but it will not work.  Do 
we use Copy and Paste to a Desktop or what?  And I do not know what you 
mean by launching Emailer and pointing to a database.  How do you point?

Forgive me for my lack of computer savy.
