Figure out which is the correct set that you want to keep, and then 
compress and archive all the others, then get them off your hard drive.

I can't tell you which you want to keep. You can start by looking at the 
dates each was modified (the newer the date, the more recently it was 
used). You may have to manually swap some of the files in and out to see 
which is the correct one you want (Always move the Mail Database and 
Index as a pair, NEVER mix a Mail Database with a Mail Index from a 
different set... YOU WILL IRREPARABLY DAMAGE THE MAIL DATABASE if you do 
that).
