I wonder why, in the past, many people included in their sugnature line: --
(where -- is followed by a space and a return) My own, below, is still like that, based on advice I received maybe a century ago but have completely forgotten I also wonder why it is no longer done. I looked at many posts on this list and only one I saw contained this feature.
