As I mentioned before, I have been getting this new message ("temporarily
unable to complete the login processing. Please try again in five
minutes.") on my laptop (OS 9) with AOL and CE, as well as on my desktop
(OS X) w/ AOL for Sys 10. After reading your post, it occurred to me that
I hadn't checked for this on my PC. This morning, after getting msg. on
both Macs, I tried logging on from Windows and GOT THE SAME MESSAGE. . . .
It's hard for me to believe that AOL's help desk can be ignorant about
this. It's SURELY a message they are sending. I've been w/ AOL for about
15 years, and I've never seen it before. Me thinks the left hand doesn't
know what the right hand is doing.
Anyway, it's somewhat comforting to be sharing our stories with each
other (since AOL doesn't seem very concerned).
