Occasionally it may have a few minor glitches, but all you need to do is to quit and restart Baton Mail and/or Emailer. And I only have to do it very, very rarely. I'm running it fine with Mac OS X.2.8 (or is that X.II.VIII?), FWIW. YMMV.
