Mary Lou: Unless you cc yourself regularly there are at least several options ranging from simple to a major change: 1-remove your name from your address book (but that may be akin to closing the barn door after the horse has fled as your email address is now on spammer's lists, although as Chris has noted that is less important these days). 2-write a mail action that dumps any mail with your address in the 'from' field to your spam folder. This is probably not useful if you cc yourself regularly. 3-establish a new e-mail address; don't put it in your address book. This is the major change as you must notify all friends/relatives/co-workers, etc. HTH bevon ___________________________________________________________________________ To unsubscribe send a mail message with a SUBJECT line of "unsubscribe" to <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> or <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
