My sister uses lycos.com for her personal email. Recently, I started getting mail from her as an html attachment so I wrote to ask her if she could send it as text instead. ( I had been using the script Html to Body and Strip but it was lumping the text into very compact lengthy hard to read paragraphs with no breaks.)
She wrote back to say that things had changed at Lycos, she hadn't realized her mail was going out in html and that she had changed the setting back to text - the only other option. Then I started getting attachments with an .html suffix which wouldn't respond using the html to Body and Strip script - instead I would get a box saying " :Unstuff a file". So, she has gone back to html. Any suggestions for her or for me, to get mail from her in the usual way?
