Doug McAdam: When you get things like this, FIRST go to one of the various websites which keep track of hoaxes and urban legends. These "too good to be true" things and the like are almost always listed there. Otherwise, one just contributes to the spam by passing such stuff on. Put "urban", "legends","hoaxes" in Google and many sites come up.
