I received the following notice in my inbox this morning. Apparently Earthlink is blocking the Emailer Digest no. 166.
I used Earthlink's webmail interface to move the Digest no. 166 from their "quarantined" folder to my inbox. I then downloaded the mail to Outlook Express. I came through fine. I am running Norton Antivirus 7.0.2 on a Mac PowerBook WallStreet with OS 9.1. Norton did not detect a virus. Emailer Digests come into OE with all the text in the body of the message, plus with the individual messages attached. Emailer Digests come into Emailer just as plain text, without attachments. Anyway, this was the first time I saw a virus alert from Earthlink activated by an Emailer Digest.
