This is a corrupted database. If it doesn't fix with a rebuild, or major rebuild, prepare to back up, and create a new database. there is no cure. You can live with this for a few years, if you are lucky, but eventually, your entire database will be corrupted and useless. I went through this, it is not idle speculation. Chances are you need to start over sooner rather than later.
