Had you copied the entire Emailer Files folder, you also would have had your Address Book and other settings. If you move the Prefs file from the Claris Folder in the System Folder and put it into your Emailer application folder, then you can just move then entire Emailer application folder and have everything exactly the same between machines. Very handy. That's one thing I like about OS X and the "packages" that applications are now bundled as.
