I get quite a few html only messages from friends/colleagues using 
hotmail, lycos, etc.  I could require that they change but I am not sure 
they know how or whether it is that easy.

My sister uses lycos and they just changed their set up so that she can 
either send me html (received as an attachment) or mail in some other 
form that also comes in an attachment via Emailer but which my HTML to 
Body and Trash script can't work with - she is computer saavy and still 
hasn't been able to figure out how to send plain text only!
