I've gotten two messages like that from supposedly CitiBank. I call them (CitiBank) who told me I should forward the message(s) to 1) [EMAIL PROTECTED], and 2) [EMAIL PROTECTED] (He said that was to the FTC) I didn't get a response, either automated or otherwise from either.
