Yeah, I'll stick it and the reversed POP/SMTP version on my FTP site....
as soon as I put it back online.

I ran out of outlets in my server closet, something had to go, so the FTP
site went. I was planning to add another circuit to the room, as there is
only one in there now, and it is getting stretched a little thin (5 P3/4
machines, 2 SVGA monitors, 3 Quadra 610s, 2 Performa 640s, a bastardized
iMac in a 1u rack case, a laptop, 4 UPSes, 2 exhaust fans, a DSL modem,
linksys router, and 3 10/100 switches... all running off a single 20 amp
circuit!!!).

So my plan was to run a 2nd circuit into the room, but I had to wait
until our electrical inspection was done for the work we actually hired
an electrician to do (which was really minimal and we just had him sign
off on all the work I did :-) ). That is done, but now the new building
owner is messing with the utility room on a daily bases... I heard them
saying something about MRI machines. I can't wait to see what that does
to my wireless network =:-O

Once they are done, I can add my new circuit (hopefully). Meanwhile, I'll
try to remember to just toss yet ANOTHER power strip into the room and
get the FTP server back online tomorrow. Here's hoping I don't send the
breaker over the edge :-)

Meanwhile, if anyone knows of a product similar to ResCompare that will
work with OS 9, let me know. I'd love to remake those patches so people
can do it themself. (ResCompare seems to have some bug that causes it to
error our claiming it needs some impossibly huge amount of hard drive
space to run the patch)
