I was off it la la land over here so I don't know what Dave recommended, but have you tried upping the amount of RAM assigned to Emailer? I know you didn't need it before, but these kinds of needs just have a way of appearing out of the blue sometimes. And if Dave did recommend that and you tried it, then just ignore me. Shake your head a bit and mumble about idiots and following a thread, then click the Trash Can in your toolbar.
