Yes, some of the settings in the Internet Control panel's File Mapping are
the same as those in File Exchange Control Panel's.  Changing one will
change the other.  Also, Internet Explorer's File Helpers overlaps with File
Mapping and File Exchange.  Changing those can also change the others.
