Hi: This is not critical but it something that I have only recently observed in CE and I am curious if anyone can explain.
Several times a day I get error messages such as follows: ** The encoded enclosure "encoded Mfsd.GIF" could not be decoded because the end of the archive was found prematurely.. ** The encoded enclosure "encoded Xtdnu.GIF" could not be decoded because the end of the archive was found prematurely.. It is always a file ending in .GIF rather than .gif and always with spam. The files seem to open normally but I usually just trash them. Is this possibly some malware that is intended for PCs? If so should I warn friends with PCs to be wary of files ending in .GIF? Thanks, SKennedy ___________________________________________________________________________ To unsubscribe send a mail message with a SUBJECT line of "unsubscribe" to <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> or <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
