Its a timing bug I introduced in the latest version. Baton can get confused if it should be listening or speaking. I may have FINALLY located a backup CD that has the right version of the source code on it. Now I just have to figure out where I put my old copy of the developer language for it, and I can either think about fixing it, or more likely I'll be open sourcing it (that is what I want to do with it, I just have to look over the various license formats.
