I didn't make it clear that the loss of the messages only happened once - yesterday. I then changed some more settings and did get messages. So my earlier question should have made clear that everything is working fine now. What I wanted to know is if there was a chance I could retrieve the five messages that were "read" by Emailer but didn't get sent to my in box.
