You probably already received those five messages. If those messages were in the Temp Incoming folder but had not unpacked, and, later you downloaded the same mail from the same server with the same Account as previously used, and If the main Account Options tab is set to leave the messages on the server for some X days, and the messages are still there because some X days have not yet passed, then... the previous temp messages were brought in again, and you already got them in your Inbox. If you are not satisfied or sure of that, just create a new (duplicate) Account for the same email POP box. Call it Ellen2 or Comcast2 or whatever. Set it up identically to your main Account. Ellen2 Account will bring in all the messages that are on the mail server, even thought Ellen1 Account already saw them. You can also do: Setup -> Accounts -> [Your Account Name] -> Options Tab -> Get All Mail From Server This will bring duplicates of all the mail on the server into Claris Emailer. But you have to have already set the Options Tab to "leave messages on server for X days." Best/Roger+ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Roger S.
