Hold down the Control key and select Duplicate from the drop down menu!
The only problem I see with this method is that the sent date will stay 
as the original sent date (I think) even though you change the message 
itself.

If you really want to just get the full email addresses from an old 
message, do a Save As Text.  Open the saved text file message and 
highlight the addresses only, then drag and drop them all into the 
address entry area of a new open Emailer message.  Each address drops 
into a single address line correctly.

Viola!
