Greetings, eMailer Mavens,

If you visit the Panic site to check out the free dowloads, you might also
enjoy "The True Audion Story". There's a link at
<http://www.panic.com/extras/>

It's a wonderful, entertaining glimpse into the world of the small software
developer. It could also be read as a commentary, I think, on the futility of
attempting to port eMailer - a subject that erupts on this list with some
regularity.

If anyone were ever to attempt it, though, the team at Panic would be a great
choice. (Suddenly I find myself imagining an artsy Mailsmith, stripped of its
molasses.) Panic's award-winning "Unison" software for usenet is a great
example of the great things a small, shareware company can do.
