Install the Emailer Custom Settings patch. Verizon likely blocks email 
that has a different From address as that which is specified in the Mail 
>From envelope. Emailer sends different info by default. The Custom 
Settings patch will correct that.

You can get the patch from www.fogcity.com (poke around for their Emailer 
sections)
