According to the log, you are trying to send email out via a mail server 
at 127.0.0.1

That IP address is a loopback address... in other words, it means your 
own machine. The only way that will work is if you are using something 
like Baton Mail or some other mail gateway on your local machine that is 
going to take the email from Emailer and pass it along to some other mail 
server.

If you are doing such a thing, then it looks like that software is jammed 
or ignoring the connection. The next part of the log says it failed 
because of a Network Stream Error. That is the "I don't know exactly why, 
but the connection dropped" error.
