Ah, THANK YOU VERY MUCH. Interesting, as the command in pull down menu, with shortcut showing only is available when you have a mail "opened", not when the mail is click and highlighted.
Now I know. Thanks. I think we will keep using this program and will keep a machine to use this program till we cannot (such as gmail email account setting not possible?). Thanks again Chris. Later.
