Interesting, this developer actually calls his product eMailer.

However, when you download it then the name is eMailerX.  Some weeks ago 
I looked into the trademark issues of the name emailer and while Apple 
has let the both trademarks 'Claris Emailer' and 'Claris [EMAIL PROTECTED]' 
die, no 
one has registered either the name Emailer or EmailerX, so in my opinion 
this name is still available for trademark registration, though when 
registering a trademark, the Patents/Trademark Office say that if a name 
is not registered it may still be turned down when actual registration is 
applied for.

There has also been some discussion of some alternate names on the 
EmailerX list.
