This happens from time to time, you get a bad email and Emailer can't 
download it. It isn't limited to Emailer, I've seen it happen with other 
mail clients as well.

Usually the best way to deal with it is to log on via some other method 
(web access, or with a tool like Mail Siphon) and delete the bad email. 
Look for the 3rd (or whichever number Emailer gets stuck on) and delete 
it. You can try to read it first via whatever tool you use to get to it 
just to see if it is worth saving, but I find almost always it isn't. (It 
is always either a spam or a huge attachment when it happens to me... in 
both cases I don't want to bother downloading them... if the attachment 
was important, I tell the sender to use something more realistic for 
sending large files... like FTP).
