Emailer I believe allows you to send to a max of 250 recipients, attachment status makes no difference. Emailer will break that sending into multiple batches of 50 recipients, again, attachment status makes no difference. So if you send to 192 people, Emailer will send 3 emails of 50 people and 1 of 42 people. It will report this activity in the error logs to let you know it broke the message into multiple sendings. One thing to note, many ISPs will not let you send to more than a certain number of people at a time (25 seems to be a popular number, some are higher, some are lower).
