IIRC, OptOnline requires SMTP Authentication. Aside from that Cablevision (the owners of Opt Online) sucks. If you are moving to an area that offers Verizon's new FiOS Internet, I'd go for that instead. >What do people think of DSL if one is about 9,500 feet from the telco? At 9500 feet, you should be able to get decent speeds out of the DSL.
