I need a quick help. I have a message (a spam) in one account that hangs emailer when it checks that account. I rebuilt the database, no help. I can't seem to be able to figure out the settings to try Mail or Gyazmail to clear the account.
Any tricks? 100% of the time, it shows .04 of 17k or something, then where the progress bar would go, it hangs as soon as it trys to draw the progress bar. I set the account to not save mail, but I need a way to clear the inbox. I may be screwed until the company opens tommorrow to answer help, but they are not open until after 9AM, a bit late for this important email account. (its a sales account) thanks for any tips.!
