I was so happy to see that list members are familiar with Claris Emailer which I've been using for years and the advice given is really helpful. As it happens I had a crash myself last week and I have thousands of files in hundreds of folders. I was having a problem having run out of Memory. But recovered everything after dumping thousands of duplicates and re-installing the files in their four main folders : Claris Emailer 2.0v3 Claris Emailer Files Support Files Downloads After that decided to update my computer and MS Office which has Entourage on it. Entourage allowed import of Claris files! - so Claris cannot be as outdated as some think? Anyway I'd like to add my thanks to Roger and Martin for sharing their info.
