Hi, I count 8 replies so am calling myself #9 I still use emailer. I have a cable modem through Time Warner Cable, but technically my ISP is Earthlink. I am using Mac OS 10.3.9 on a G4 Desktop which could boot in Classic (but I never do) and a G4 laptop which cannot boot in Classic but runs Classic just fine for the few Classic Apps I still use.
I actually also use Outlook Express to get some email on my laptop and just haven't become comfortable with Apple's Mail program although I have occasionally had to use it for mail when traveling as some wireless access does not seem to like the Outlook Express interface which runs in classic, or I haven't figured out how to configure it to retrieve and send the mail. It does work most of the time however. Since I don't travel that much it is not a probem yet. I still marvel at how conveniently the Mac interfaces with all the wireless places I visit and my husband struggles to configure his PC Laptop. I am always having to help him figure out how to connect. Wasn't someone on this list working on an Email program that was going to have some of the features of Claris eMailer that we all love?
