Dear Emailer list, I am from Europe.. Old Europe as one of your U.S. leaders calls it (Grrr).
I have been trying many times to post my questions on your list, but I think I found the reason why they didn't get through. As a safety precaution against SPAM, I used another reply-to address when posting, then I used when I subscribed. So this is one more try to get through. I care a lot about emailer, and I have been reading all your messages. So please YELL. Marc Casteels IT consultant, Brussels (brand new Europe, lol) ------ Sorry, you cannot post to this list if you are not a member. If you wish to subscribe, send mail to this list's "-request" alias. For example, if the list name is "[email protected]", send mail to "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" with the word "subscribe" in the subject: line of your message. ------------------- returned message follows ------------------- Hello Emailer List, Just to let you know that a lot of us are here in Europe too. And I have been trying like hell to get a question into this list, and I hope this works. I had to adjust my outgoing account settings, in order for your list to accept me. So please yell if this gets through, since I have 3 or more questions. Emailer currently is the most certain email-program on Mac that is bullet-proof since it can receive, but will never activate any virus, unless the user is stupid to double-click the virus file. That single reason by itself (because no HTML rendering is possible in the program), is enough for me to stick to emailer, and stronly hope they make a newer version, but still as safe as this one. I will help with the specs.
