I'll go for number 20. Despite the absence of a number 18, and many claims on 17. The thing I like about Emailer, apart from its indifference to HTML, is that it works with any operating system version, from Mac OS 8.1 all the way to OS X (10.4.8) and beyond. This means I can access all my email from whichever OS I boot from. Although, it is mainly 10.4.8 on a 1 GHz PowerBook G4 these days. But sometimes I need to boot 10.3.9 to test software compatibility and don't want to be too far away from my email. On the down side, I have had some strange Classic crashes after waking from sleep (perhaps related to the screen resolution changing) and occasional crash whilst drag and dropping text/messages. No serious data loss. And now I'm extra careful to use Save (command S) before a potentially dangerous operation. But, I can't see myself switching away from Emailer until that Intel-based Mac Pro/MacBook Pro arrive. And, I can't quite justify the cost whilst everything is working so well...
